How are Sun-Maid raisins made? California grapes are left to dry in the sun, which turns them into raisins with nothing added.

What can I bake with them? Flapjacks, oat cookies, carrot cake, bread pudding or a Christmas cake mix. They also work in savoury dishes such as tagines and pilafs.

Which Sun-Maid size should I choose? This 32oz bag is our big size for regular bakers. For lunchboxes, the 6 x 1oz mini boxes are handier.
