Was not notified that an item bought was out of stock, only found out when the box arrived with an item missing - and even then only after chasing customer service. Particularly frustrating as I would have cancelled the order of notified pre-shipping, since this was the main item in the order.

Instead, paying for shipping for two smaller items meant perhaps the most expensive Kit Kat I’ve ever bought!
